Choose bacon & cheddar/jack or spinach & goat cheese. Sunflour Quiches are made with handmade crust, pastured local eggs, uncured meat, non-RBGH cheese and fresh veggies.

JJ SPECIAL SCRAMBLE - $10.25

Veggies and organic spinach scrambled with 3 local eggs, pepper jack cheese, topped with smashed avocado. Choose from asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms, carnival bells, onion ( pickled or spring).

AVOCADO TOAST - $5.75

Choice of regular toast, smear of butter, smashed avocado. Add veggies- +2.95 Vegan butter available.

WHY GLUTEN-FRIENDLY & NOT GLUTEN-FREE?

 

Although we do our utmost to make all of our gluten-free products on a single day and to package them all in the absence of flour products, we do not have separate mixers or ovens, therefore making us unable to label “gluten-free.”

​

We are a bakery that is home to many types of wheat flour and other ingredients that do not bear a GF certification on their packaging, and because there is flour in the air in bakeries, we cannot label the products gluten-free. Instead, we say “gluten-friendly”! With the exception of special orders- Gluten-friendly items are only baked on Thursday.

 

Gluten-Friendly Schedule: Gluten-friendly bread made to pick up Thursday. The deadline order is by Wednesday 2 PM. Other gluten-friendly pastries are available weekly. Please pre-order if you have any special requests.

Grilled Fresh Mozzarella- $11.50

Choice of house bread, pesto mayo, local lettuces, heirloom tomatoes, balsamic drizzle. Please allow time for grilling.

Figgy Piggy- $11.25

Choice of house bread with Black Forest ham, cheddar cheese, arugula, Dijon mustard, and fig jam. Please allow time for grilling.

 

Sweet Spicy Beast- $13.50

Select roast beef on a house hoagie roll with lettuces, tomato, horsey mayo, Gouda cheese, and peach chutney.

The Vegetarian- $10.25

House bread, choice of cheese, lettuces, tomatoes, sugar free mayo, Dijon, scoop of Mediterranean slaw.

The Vegan - $11.25

Same as the vegetarian except made with veganaise and vegan cheese. May sub avocado for vegan cheese.

Monster Veg - $11.50

Served on buttered housemade sourdough hoagie. Grilled seasonal veggies with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, heirloom tomato, pepper or onion relish ( seasonal), and Dijon, mayo.

Please allow time for grilling.

Uncured Berkshire bacon, artisan lettuces, heirloom tomato on house white bread with sugar free mayo. Specify toasted or soft.
