WHY GLUTEN-FRIENDLY & NOT GLUTEN-FREE?
Although we do our utmost to make all of our gluten-free products on a single day and to package them all in the absence of flour products, we do not have separate mixers or ovens, therefore making us unable to label “gluten-free.”

We are a bakery that is home to many types of wheat flour and other ingredients that do not bear a GF certification on their packaging, and because there is flour in the air in bakeries, we cannot label the products gluten-free. Instead, we say “gluten-friendly”! With the exception of special orders- Gluten-friendly items are only baked on Thursday.
Gluten-Friendly Schedule: Gluten-friendly bread made to pick up Thursday. The deadline order is by Wednesday 2PM. Other gluten-friendly pastries are available weekly. Please order in advance if you have any special requests.
